It was a good idea to use ice packs after exercise. / Training?
Exercise or two hours a day. ... To play basketball and make the work of the former mile. .. And then the hot water / heat after exercise. Often, knee, ankle, and my other parts. Of legs a bit sore after a few hours, sometimes until the next morning. Should I use ice for the pain? How long? Or just not bother?
The ice could be like 20 minutes to help heal wounds. You also can stretch.
