Hi, i have had a similar experiance the other week. As Belkin are Guranteed for life if it is broke then you can get a new one without charge. I would ring Belkin and see if they can talk you through your problems. You can get the number from there website. Belkin are known to have a lot of products back as the lady from PC World told us when i took mine back last week.

i was lookin for a point and shoot camera frm $300-$600? should i go wid Sony, Canon, Nikon or Leica.?
the imp reason i want it for is the image quality, i wont be zoomin in too much much i need a gud lense. so leica, Carl Zeiss, canon or nikon?

leica as many people dont knw it is the top of all cameras and start frm 600. they hav only 2 point and shoot and all others r for more than 5000$, and sony has a carl zeiss lense which is the second best and then comes the canon and nikon lenses.
You can't go wrong with the Canon Rebel series. I have more than one camera and that one's pictures blow the others away!
Questions for window washing pro: Any professional tips on equipment, methods, supplies?
I need to train good hard workers to do professional quality work in residential compound. Have good squeegees, scrapers, brushes etc. What cleaning fluid recipe? Tell about methods please. Does cleaning windows in the sun cause streaking?
Keep equipment clean and dry(do not store wet)
Vinegar(earth friendly) and water will clean well(mother earth etc for recipe). Or more money use ammonia or bleach based cleaners. DO NOT MIX
Cleaning windows in sun can cause cracking and/ or spotting.
Non soybean based ink in newspaper(not the color parts) works well to eliminate streaking( i think it is the lead). A single sheet per window(keep it clean).
1. Spray/flush window to remove grit/debris.
2. Apply 'cleaner'.
3. Squeegee(and wipe 'blade' off on clean rag between wipes).
4. Use sheet of newspaper if streaking.
